2020 is the first year West Cork Creates has gone fully digital, so it's fair to say this website is something of an experiment.
So far, we have already come up against several challenges since taking on the Herculean task of creating an online gallery containing the work of 31 different artists with different kinds of work, that in most cases can now be delivered pretty much anywhere in the world!
We are a very small team with very limited capacity but we hope to provide a pleasant experience when you visit our website and if you decide to purchase any of our artworks. Orders received will be passed on to the artist within 48 hours and they will either contact you to arrange local collection, or pack and dispatch your item within 5 days, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified when your item is dispatched and tracking information will be provided where available. All items will be carefully packaged and insured. The artist will receive their payment after they dispatch your item.
Please note, delivery charges are applied PER ITEM as they all dispatch from different artists. If you wish to purchase multiple items from one artist, we can arrange to combine postage and refund you any difference, on request.
If you are not happy with your purchase on receipt, you may return it for a refund in the same condition as it was received, at your own cost, within 14 days. Items lost or damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. Please contact for details.
Please let us know if there's anything we can do to improve. Your support is appreciated!
For artists, supporters, press and customers...occasional, relevant emails about the exhibition.
